We offer AI implementation consulting and done-for-you services across three tiers: Self-Serve, Done-With-You, and Done-For-You. Each tier includes specific deliverables outlined on our website and in your purchase confirmation. Services are digital in nature and delivered remotely unless otherwise specified.
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase for Self-Serve and Done-With-You tiers. Done-For-You pricing is custom and confirmed upon application approval. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice to prospective customers. Existing purchases are not affected by price changes.
All templates, frameworks, guides, and materials provided as part of our services are the intellectual property of The Pretty Girl CEO. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share these materials without written permission.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout and during any onboarding or consultation process. You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from misuse or failure to implement the provided systems.
Our services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding specific business results, revenue increases, or time savings. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
